The T-shirt Outlet's Return and Exchanges Information
It is our goal to make your shopping experience with The T-shirt Outlet Online Store a positive one. If you would like to exchange or return a product we will be more than happy to accomodate you.
We will accept all returns or exchanges as long as they are requested within
thirty days of the ship date of your order, the product was neither worn nor washed, is free of dirt and any other debris, and is shipped in a protective cover of some sort (preferably the original poly-bag provided). We will not be held responsible for returns or exchanges where the garment has been damaged in transit. If we note that damage has been incurred upon receipt of the item, we will charge a restocking fee of $4.00.
If we make a mistake when shipping your
order, we will cover all shipping costs involved to remedy the situation.
However, if the mistake was made by the customer, then the customer will be held
responsible for any and all additional shipping costs.

Include a copy of the packing slip with a note describing why you are returning the item or what you would like to exchange the item for. When mailing an item back to us, we recommend sending it via certified mail or UPS, as both methods allow for tracking. Return shipping is completely at your own risk. If we do not receive the item back we cannot credit you for the cost of that item.
