Her ability to seamlessly juggle her role at Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch as customer service representative with her all-consuming love of pop culture, not to mention her quasi-creepy manipulation of the men to whom she addresses her affections, is positively mind-blowing. (We can't get enough of Kelly Kapoor, and for this reason, we've devoted a design to her.)
